CANCELLATION POLICY

our cancellation policy

Life can be a real pain at times and we know that every now and then things don’t work out as planned.

If you do need to cancel or change your appointment, we would be very grateful if you could give us at least 24 hours notice; otherwise, we regret that there will be a cancellation fee, pending the service booked.

How do I cancel my Appointment?

  • Just give us a call to let us know if you can’t make it.

  • If we’re closed, please leave a message via the salon phone.

If you are unable to give more than 24 hours notice before your appointment, we will, unfortunately, have to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service.

We will be unable to rebook you until this fee is paid.

What happens if I don't cancel?

If you do not attend your appointment and do not give us any notice that you won’t be attending, the NO SHOW fee is 100% of the booked service.

You will not be able to book any future appointments unless a non-refundable deposit of 50% is paid at the time of booking.


We are a small business that relies on having our clients turn up to their booked appointment so that we can pay the stylist that is at work ready to complete your service, pay to keep the electricity and doors open.

When you don’t attend your appointment or don’t give us enough notice that you can’t attend, that means that we may have to turn away other clients because that time was allocated specifically to you for that service.

We appreciate your support of our salon and hope that we never have to charge you these fees!
